Salary and employment conditions
You will most often start as an hourly-paid or part-time driver. Later on, there may be an opportunity for full-time employment if you wish.
Salary and employment conditions are in accordance with the AKT collective agreement. You should be aware that the job involves varying working hours, including evening and weekend work.
What certificates are required to become a bus driver?
To drive a bus, you must have a Category D driving licence, an EU certificate (Driver CPC), and a driver’s card.
If you do not already have a bus driving licence, you can complete a six-week course to obtain one, which will allow you to work as a bus driver.
